Radiesse™ is a new tissue augmenting and contouring filler material. Initially approved to treat facial lipoatrophy (loss of fat), recent studies use Radiesse™ to fill lines and deep wrinkles as well. A single Radiesse™ treatment can last a year or longer.

Radiesse™ is created from calcium hydroxylapatite in a water-based gel. Calcium hyroxlapatite exists in our bodies and is, therefore, bio-compatible. Because of this bio-compatibility, patients do not need to be tested for allergic reactions. Results are visible immediately following the treatment.
